About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To make this the most valuable and the funniest life!
ABOUT ME
We are absolutely crazy about our friends and family! We like to receive them at home all the time... Through them we get to know ourselves better, we have a very intense life: full of feelings and we are ALWAYS learning!
That's why we love to know interesting people, to have deep discussions or just lots of laughing. To travel, listen to music, read, cook, learn about art and culture and study new languages.
Also we love to be the parents of a beautiful 6 year old girl called Ana Sofia.
Besides all of that, we are both from zodiacal sign of pisces, dreamers by nature, believers. We like to feel free, to dance, to sing, poetry, art and nature. Everything that makes us feel alive.
We work a lot for living, but we dream someday to follow our hearts. To create, to own a Pub, to open an atellier, or leave it all and travel the world!! :D
We are vegetarians. But we also like to try different food and tastes.
We love to swim, to dive, to walk, to drive, to camp and be on the road.
We are not religious, but we believe in the humanity, in the good will, in the good sense, in altruism, that people can spread energy, in the spirit evolution, in the mind opened and our lifes are leaded to this evolution: always to learn how to be a better person.
And that is not even all we have in common... Believe me, it is just the tip of the iceberg. ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Since I was 10 years old I make friends from distinct countries (thanks to english language), I used to met them at school, or through friends and play with them, take them to my house, to travel with my family, so my parents have always encouraged me to do so.
From 14 to 19 I used to stay in my friend's couches over the weekends (Tatiana, Juliana and Carol) to go out with them, or to study. Until now I surf some of those couches over the weekends and with my whole family!
Also I surfed some other couches many times after parties and rock'n roll shows (like we did at Bozzão, Garça and Piu).
I surfed a couch for over 3 months at a friend's (Cibele) house when I was without roomates and searching for a new home. I stayed with her family even when she was travelling far :)
Also, we received many people while we were in college. We used to have 10+ people sleeping at home after parties or at the beggining of the year.
(Luciana)
We have couch surfed together in Paris in Jun/2009 and it was the BEST experience ever !! We have met a great friend and a lot of interesting people for moments of real fun.
Also we couch surfed in Gernany that year.
From 2008 till 2010 we lived at a city close to many beautiful places as hills, montains, waterfalls and other nice country places. There we received many friends, and also many at the same time (12 people at carnival). It was awesome!
Now we live at the northeast, close to heavenly beaches and we continue to receive people all the time!

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Easy-Rider, The Shining, Exils, One Flew Over The Cockoo´s Nest... We love rock´n´roll and MPB (brazilian music)... books: Hermann Hesse´s Sidartha and Steppenwolf, The Teachings of Don Juan: A Yaqui Way of Knowledge, On the Road, The Unbearable lightness of Being, some books about child education, like Summerhill, also opened my mind.

Our daughter is doubtless the most amazing experience in our lives.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well.. I guess we can share some funny stories about our camping adventures, talk about geology, teach you to speak Portuguese and the most important: to introduce you to good friends, show you around and give a lot of tips about Brazil!
