Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed in New Zealand and Australia, Canada and the USA, Norway... and have had the best times doing it. I've hosted heaps of people since I got back from travelling.

You think you're only going to spend a night or two and then you end up staying a week because the people are just so amazing!

You meet local people as well as other couch surfers. Its the best way to see the real place you're in

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I went to the Amazon jungle and a monkey jumped on me. It clung to me for 3 hours as I walked around this island on the Amazon River. When I had to leave it screamed and cried and tried to jump back on me. It had been orphaned and thought I was a good substitute mother. I sat in a room on the island which had wire around it to stop the monkies getting in and it clung to the wire trying to put its arm in to touch me.

I was so upset when I had to leave it.
PROTECT THE RAIN FORREST. STOP DESTROYING NATURAL HABITATS!!!!

I saw the sun rise from a volcano (Mt. Batur)in Bali and then a few weeks later from the top of Mt. Kinabalu in Borneo. Magic.
