ABOUT ME
TRAVELLING AT THE MOMENT!
..I've been travelling off and on for over two decades , going back "home" or working locally as I go along..
I like cities , their people , buzz, culture , art and history as well as hiking and just being in nature and the wild , take lots of pictures , of landscapes , people , animals , movement.. Always on the move finding out new sounds and fresh silence , scents and smells , faces , images and stories of people to harmonize with or be inspired by.. I love to read a lot as well while I'm on the road , on buses , trains and boats , writing my own stuff , listening to and sometimes playing music , cook, party , and yesss,,!.. Daaance... (..it's all a Dance , ain'it? ..Life´s Music and Dance..,..and the Sound of Silence in between)

PHILOSOPHY

..explore, then share; try all, then keep the good.. that´s the short
More wordy it comes down to not so much wanting to "Change the World" (including trying to ´fix´ other peoples wrongs and mistakes´ as so many activists try, before first working on themselves) , since to me all mass Idealism is a detour from the unselfishly and ancient "Knowing of Yourself", so I'm personally not into forcibly changing the world as we might have been led to believe by educators and media how this world _¨is'¨ Prefer much more to practically and hands-on live in and harmonize with this world and it's possibilities , and see how others in art, literature, cinema, poetry and different lifestyles describe it and thereby Create It with language, images and practical creative deeds, invent it for themselves and live through it, like artists do , and good and amateur artists try.. and how each in their own way discover the Self in its Totality and all of its Illusions.. Go with the flow , enjoy , burn and learn , experience and immerse yourself in the world as it really is, beyond good and evil, unfolding in your Heart and Mind and Creativity.. Yes , the good old 'Know Thyself'.. ..And remember; "..It's never too late to have a Happy Childhood.."

serve and be served.. surf and be surfed.. hosted travelers and hitchhikers years before couchsurfing existed , now partaking and sharing the experience , compartir es vivir , sharing is caring!
Last 12 years since couchsurfing I spent working-traveling in Australia/New Zealand , traveled in Tibet , China , Thailand ,Laos , Cambodya , Sumatra , Philipines , Taiwan , Mongolia.. , renewed travelling in the Middle East...,explored Central Asia , India , Pacific , Alaska and north and south America.. Now back in Europe always on the lookout for the next couchsurf-wave.. It's the perfect way to connect with locals and their life-stories and to get a feel for a country or place, and just a great way to meet good people..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

see above....have started surfing in the Phillipines , gone round Taiwan , China and Mongolia , then in the Middle East , Europe and the Americas, Australasia, all positive great experiences , amazing , and after a few years still on the couchsurfboard looking forward to the next wave..
