When we have an open spot, we love to host. I especially like sharing meals. hearing how other people are spending their lives/time, and helping people enjoy this ridiculous city I love.

Music, Movies, and Books

Films by Felini, Jan Svankmejer, and Chantal Akerman, and old American treats like Our Man in Havana and Some Like it Hot. I'm not as interested in books as I am in anthologies from libraries, recipes, poems passed around by friends and at readings and on the radio, articles, essays, stories in magazines.

I have lots I'd like to learn, but I'm not sure I believe in the concept of teaching. I'm familiar with ideas, language, systems theory, cultural production in the US, and I could probably tell you things about Philadelphia.
