About Me
CURRENT MISSION
after accomplishing our previous mission (beeing to squeeze in 6 months activities that usually take 2 years) our new objective is to learn to relax and let go
ABOUT ME
all about me? I'm afraid that's impossible :) but please, come visit , you'll have a picture of your own :) anyway, in few words, I am trying to do everything I do with joy and love. I love adventures - just feels great to go with the flow and see where it leads you. I can wake up in one city and go back to sleep in another without having planned even to go out of the house :) Well, since I got married my adventures have been more of the self-discovery and relationship-discovery kind... but these are the most precious adventures, are they not? :) I'm open to everything new, very curious too (hope it's not true what they say about the cat and its curiosity :P ) I'm trying, and for the moment managing, to stay out of the monotonous home-work-home cycle, mainly by choosing jobs that are like a game for me :) and.. I'm a virgo, but still my home is a mess :)
Icho: Wowâ
PHILOSOPHY
It's not much of a phylosophy, it's more like a way I try to live my life - lovingly, discovering new things all the time, learning, and being aware and creative. Doesn't happen all the time :)
Icho: Be aware, bring awareness.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've only just registered and all my experiences so far are among my friends.. or my friends' friends.. or my friends' friends' friends :) but I know this is one of the easiest way to find friends for life - you get to know somebody very quickly when you share an appartment.
Icho: We did some couchsurfing already and we had the pleasure to find wonderful people. There are 3 main things in couchsurfing which makes the whole thing an insanely good idea.
1.The people are open-hearted and open-minded. It is such a big difference than the every-day-people that you meet in the bus, the office, and the mall, that it blows you away and gives you a whole new perspective for the world. It opens you for a world without borders, without fear and with lots of hope.
2.To meet someone who can tell you what the locals do, where they go for a drink, for fun, for a meal or whatever, gives you a unique perspective over the place. You integrate yourself and became a local guy/girl for no time. One understands the meaning of things which otherwise are meaningless.
3.It is efficient. It is not much trouble to host someone for a night or two or even a week if you like ones company, but it helps a lot. It helps both sides in numerous ways.
Interests
hm.. this will be a long one :)
everything that comes from the east catches my interest - yoga, ayurveda, feng shui, aikido, tea ceremony, tai chi .. you name it, I'm interested. In some of these disciplines I have quite a lot of experience, in others I'm just a noobie, but I really feel the east close.
I also enjoy doing a lot of things with my hands - from the massages, which earn my bread and butter for the moment, to the shades at my place, which I handcrafted and the christmas tree decoration which is remade every winter.
I try to swim as often as possible.. and that is almost once every month :) but I'm getting there, sooner or later :)
I love the mountain and the sea and the new countries and the new people.
My music - ambient, idm, chill out, drum'n'bass... and pretty much everything else.
Every thursday we held a meditation at our place, not that we lead it, or something - we just gether there and after that everybody brings ideas and experiences.
Photography is another of my passions.. wish I had more time for that.
I'm sure I'm missing something major. When I remember it - I'll write again.
Icho: I am of these people that have no problem not going to work for 10 lifetimes and still will need more time to explore the fields that are interesting to me. Iâ

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm a big fan of Terry Pratchet :) fantasy is definitely my genre of books... but I never liked Tolkien, nor Star Wars, sorry :)
As for movies - for me they are mainly a way to rest - a comedy, even better if it's a weekly show, that's my thing. Of course I enjoy a 'serious' movie every now and then, but I'm not a big fan of those films that pretend to be so not commercial, so out of all rules, that they have nothing in but the 'I'm different' idea.
And the music - it's in my interests :)
Icho: I prefer to experience things rather than read for them. I’m reading because I like it occasionally and to inform myself. I want to be well informed and to know as much as I can of the things that I’m interested in, I read a lot. Fantasy, science.
I can listen to any music. I listen always for the harmony between the voice ( if any ) and the music. I don’t care about the lyrics, the harmony is what fascinates me. In general I enjoy the silence and natural sounds. Sometimes I like some chill out, ambient, idm music. But again my roommate is melomaniac and I don’t mind listening. Sometimes I just love everything as it comes and goes.
Movies I like… comedy, sci-fi, fantasy, cartoons, documentary, well I watch a lot. It helps me thinking I don’t know how. But I love to rest with a movie, or to make a movie marathon. Like let’s watch the 10 seasons of Friends for 4 days :D.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I got married :)
Icho: I have experienced lots of pretty amazing things related with my spiritual, energetic work. The only thing in the same level is the love I have for my wife.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm always ready to share my experience in massage therapy with those, who are interested, and I'll be even happier if people share theirs with me.
and if anyone has troubles with a maths exam.. :) no, just kidding, I don't really want to go back there.
I'd love to learn to cook..
Icho: I love to teach people what I know if they want to learn. Meditation, tarot, my philosophy, sprouting, nutrition, supplementation, permaculture, chess, ecology, electricity, macroeconomics, currency trading, fasting, composting, vermicomposting, sustainability,… well I don’t know… If I feel I can teach you something and you want to I will.
Interesting thing… I want to learn about the same things I want to teach :)… and some more: crafts, carpentry, internet based business, survival techniques.
I want to share the joy. To share the life, the land, the food, the friends, the experience… all.
