ABOUT ME

I am a seeker and an active participant. I have widely diverse interests and don't seem to 'fit' into any one group. I moved to California to study Sanskrit and Jyotish in 2003, yet also work a regular job and have been know to watch commercial TV, as well as PBS and Discovery channels. I 'pass' in multiple sociological cultures. I'm pretty easy going and a good conversationalist, I hope.

I have a great house if someone likes a rustic setting. I love travelling. I also really like
meeting people from other places, so this website fits
both.

various classical music. Actually, I love all types
of music, except progressive jazz and whiney-style country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent a month in India in October, 2005 ...sooo many
incredible things. My favorite was watching the sun
rise at the Shiva temple at Kunjadev.
A second trip to India Feb & March, 2008 - to Rajasthan
and then down to Kanchipuram. Happy to share stories
if anyone else is planning such a trip.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a large collection of self-help tools.
Am a meditator, student of alternative health modalities,
and study Vedic astrology.
Learning is my favorite activity.
I'd love to learn to speak French beyond "un peu"; ditto Spanish and Hindi.
