About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To figure out my mission

ABOUT ME

I'm back in Moscow now, teaching English to pay the bills and trying to stay warm. It's been awhile since I've had any CS contact, but I'm ready and rarin'

PHILOSOPHY

I'm still developing my personal philosophy, but I'm getting there. As far as possible I'd like to be on good terms with all people. I'd like to understand them and the places they come from. I'd like to find my niche and do great things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since joining CS, I have had the opportunity to host a number of surfers in California and Vietnam, and I've met many more during my travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Before college I spent about 6 months couchsurfing up and down the coast of California, before settling in San Diego. I've hosted a lot of people through CS and Hospitality Club and met many more during my travels.

Interests

Of course travel. When I'm stationary (which is rare), I am an avid reader (see below), I play guitar, and I love to party.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done in my life was to sail around the world on Semester at Sea. We visited 12 countries and I was lucky enough to go to The Great Wall of China, Angkor Wat, the Taj Mahal, and so many other incredible places. I met some of the best people the world has to offer and many of them will remain lifelong friends. It was a once in a lifetime experience that has changed my perspective forever.
