ABOUT ME

I am originally from Canada (Halifax, NS) and I'm currently living and working in Manila, Philippines. I'm positive, open-minded, and easy going. I am a teacher, and this is my second international teaching job.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a very happy, positive person. I love my job and am happy to go to work everyday. I can't imagine living any other way. I firmly believe in choosing my battles and not worrying about the small stuff.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

During my time living in Morocco I hosted many times, people from all over the world. It was always a postive experience. I have couchsurfed myself in Greece and in Spain, also both very positive experience. Now that I am living in Manila I haven't been getting requests to host people, but I'm optimistic that will change.

兴趣

I love traveling, although I haven't done nearly enough of it yet. I love reading and watching movies. I am working really hard at learning French.

I love all kinds of movies. I also love all kinds of music, particularly ska and reggae. I read a lot of historical fiction; Bernard Cornwell, Marion Zimmer Bradley, Jack Whyte, and too many others to list.
