ABOUT ME

I am a full time yogatacher since 2003. Before I worked in PR and Marketing. But always sitting in a office this was not for me.
I started (wave)surfing some years ago. And I can travel a lot because I organise yoga retreats on the islands in the north of Germany, in the south of France and on the Canarais Islands
I am french and german. I grow up in Germany, than I studied in France, than I turned back to Germany. I have several home places in the world - it is always there where I have friends - and teaching yoga. I have no fixed home. My last fixed home place was on the famous island Sylt in Gemany. I hosted much couchsurfers in there.

Yoga is my life, but I am not a saint..... I can laugh and I try to take myself not so serious. People around me normally starting to do yoga - but it is not a must ;-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted several couchsurfers in my house that I rented in Sylt from 2005 to 2009. I stayed in the place of couchsurfers and I met Couchsurfers. Always very positiv experience!
