ABOUT ME

Love travel and sharing our local culture to other travelers. I work as a volunteer & activities coordinator for a non-profit hostel organization. I thought this may be a great way to continue what I love doing outside of work.

PHILOSOPHY

Get as close to the local culture as possible! Looking in from an outside perspective has been the norm for way too long! Spending time with locals is the best way to get a glimpse of the real local culture.
Travel with an open mind.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have lead tours all over San Diego and Tijuana for work, but have not been able to do so lately due to added responsibility at my job. I have a lot of experience, and would love to share my knowledge of the area, culture, and history with anyone that is coming to the San Diego area.

Mostly in Spain and Japan, but long before I heard of this organization.
