HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was travelling for a while and never was able to host...but now I finally have a semi permanent residence where I can finally host and a housemate that is open to CS type things! So now I am trying to host as much as possible before I go on my next big trip!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed out to Denver in the summer 2011, have hosted and met up with some surfers in the Philly area. Overall, I think couchsurfing is a great way to connect with people across the globe, learn more about different cultures outside of the mindset of 'the tourist,' and to build long lasting friendships.

Some favorite movies include The Shawshenk Redemption, The Pianist, Fast Food Inc, Garden State, The Wind that Shakes the Barley, anything Miyazaki.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Recently completed my first vertical cave decent which was Sites cave in West Virginia. It was a 180' drop with a short little cave at ze bottom! Would love to get into some deeper longer systems in TAG.

I have an architecture degree, I love taking photos, I love growing things, and I like to knit/sew

I would LOVE to learn to play the guitar, and I would like to improve on my rockclimbing, caving and snowboarding skills. I want to learn to cook ANY type of cuisine (vegetarian for me!), and hear people's stories so I can learn from YOUR experiences and become a more aware and informed individual.
