ABOUT ME
I think one of the most influential, mind-blowing and liberating thinkers speaks for me when he writes,
"How then can one be deaf to that voice rolling down the stage of history: What matters is not to know the world, but to change it. This matters appallingly in our lifetime." - Fanon
I'd like to believe I am part of an organic, grassroots global project that aims to undermine the powers that be and the twisted hierarchies that undergird our society. I am a student at Brown University, where the administration is sick and tired of the organizing we at the Student Labor Alliance do to better dining service and janitors' wages, and to expose the role of sweatshops in the university's apparel that happy go lucky prospective students purchase with an avidity and haste so intense one would think the monetized economy was about to crash for the rest of eternity.
Other than that, I love books, tea, photography, dim lighting...:) i really love tea.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Two great couchsurfing experiences on the way down to Mexico. The San Antonio crew were great, their bipolar dog was without a doubt the most amusing organism I have yet to encounter, and one guy's story about being scared shitless when an old Irish lady approached him from behind had me laughing through the night.
