I am very physical, kinesthetic, contmplative, and pretty easy going. I am a good massage therapist and am currently learning brazilian jujitsu.

I have eaten lion in Tanzania. I have camped with awesome kids in the northern Adirondack mountains for six months, and I completed an Aprrenticeship in 2010 with an enlightened martial arts master!
