Grew up in Brooklyn, NY, spent some time away Grew up in Brooklyn, NY and left to go to college in the heartland of Minnesota. After graduating I spent time volunteering/traveling in Guatemala, Israel, Palestine and Jordan. I worked for 2 years in Chicago in after-school programs and community centers, with youth that taught me a thing or two about gratitude. Now I run an after-school program. While I love the work I do, I often miss traveling and love to connect with others who have collected and left stories from their journeys.

Interests

I love open-windowed car rides, and long conversations. Eating messy mangoes, and writing. Making art and jewelry from random treasures found on meandering walks or public transportation. Sunrise swims, dancing, and pilgrimages. Baths, fireflies, storytelling, ethnography, creeks and absurd encounters. Finding home in new places.
