I'm a real estate agent in Moscow. Graduated from Lomonosov state university with speciality "public administration". Have always imagined myself being on a high government position.....ahah =) But turned out that I don't share values of my government's corporate culture and a chance to show off with my business card isn't that important to me as pleasure from work process itself. So now I'm a self employed real estate agent, live by my own schedule, work with clients from different backgrounds and countries. Can say that I found a job that I would have done for free =)

I live in my own apartment in Moscow city center. I had to renovate it from "1960th condition" to modern style and had to manage construction crew myself so now I know practically everything about this process and that helps me a lot in my professional sphere.

I enjoy being different....in the evening I may have a lecture on art in a museum and afterwards I would meet my friends and go get drunk in a gay club. I may enjoy an expensive tour to French alps to go snowboarding, have a couple of days in Paris and spend lots of money shopping in Galeries Lafayette and then get a cheapest ticket on train to Russian mountains, go there by rail in terrible conditions and my whole trip would cost me as one set of jewelry that I bought in Paris. And I would enjoy both =)
That's the balance for me, when you don't forbid yourself something trying to create an appropriate image of yourself for others or pretend to be "above" something.

I'm liberal. My firm believe is that "my freedom ends where your freedom begins". Do whatever you feel like doing until you start telling me how I should live, that's when I may get a bit aggressive.....never could stay silent and nice to people who start "teaching" you and "converting".

I would say that I'm a bit lazy. I know that I could have done more yesterday, past month....could have listened to lectures, read more books, go to gym more often but I don't feel happy when I'm trying to do as much as possible. Enjoying the moment sitting in a nice cafe on a side street in Paris longer than I was planning is more important for me than visiting all museums that I wanted to go to. I don't like how I feel when my mind switches to "everything is going to be great.....when you do that.....after you achieve that"....

Guess that's what you need to know about me if you are making your choice whether to meet me or not =)

Im careful and respectful guest. I have experience in being a landlord myself and also I work a lot being a broker in rent deals, I take care of some of my client's apartments in Moscow and I value a lot in tenants respectful attitude to property, careful use and honesty. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've joined couchsurfing because I enjoy traveling and my best trips had one thing in common - I got to know amazing local people and they gave me new life experiences, new points of view and different lifestyles. After all those trips I came back home inspired and once created my account on couchsurfing and decided that all my trips should involve meeting new people from now on =) Plus I love my city and am always happy to show around, be a typical Moscow city local in someone's trip =)

I've joined couchsurfing long ago but have just started using it. I've been super busy last couple of years building career, renovating my apartment so didn't have much free time and energy. But now want to start using it so thats why don't have any references yet =)

Interests

I play chess....have participated in junior chess competitions and afterwards presented my faculty team in my university's chess competitions. Have also trained as a swimmer and synchronized swimming =) Was actually pretty good in that but now prefer just fitness club with no trainers shouting at you and demanding results =)

I love active sports, extreme sports.....some have been my hobbies for a while, some I've tried just to cross out from my "have to try" list. Skydiving, surfing, windsurfing, diving, paintball....and my favorite one - snowboarding. But I have to admit that now I'm in a period of my life when I'm more interested in books on psychology, in long discussions about political situation, about life choices with smart people =) Guess I've always had a picture of how I see myself in 10-20-30 years and how I see my country and now I'm reevaluating everything once again coz of everything that is going on in the world right now.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like different music....from classical to ragga jungle. Movies...well, I'm into series right now (game of thrones, Gray's anatomy, suits, big bang theory). Books...well, I don't read as much as i would like to these days...listen to audio books mostly and prefer books on personal development, psychology, socionic.

Teach, Learn, Share

This question is a bit confusing coz its always more pleasant to impress someone with something than write that you can teach and then feel that you aren't that great as you thought =))) well, I would say that I have lots of interesting stories from my professional sphere in negotiation techniques and just funny stories from my work practice. (All names and some details will be changed not to give my clients personal information) =) I do enjoy socionics and even took classes and lectures on this topic. I'm a good cook....well, at least my friends say so =) I do make a great shisha =) that's for sure!

What I would like to learn....well, I'm curious to hear about real estate agents and this sphere in different countries. You never know what you may learn from different practice =) Tips on healthy cooking would also be great. But mostly I would be happy just to sit with a hot cup of tea, shisha and to have a friendly conversation =)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach to play chess or be a good partner to play with =) Can tell lots of interesting stories about lifestyle in Moscow and from my professional sphere (real estate deals in Moscow). Can cook some russian meals I guess =) Have a lot of experience in negotiations and have read great books on this topic. I used to an almost professional sportsman in synchronized swimming and have learned many things about right way of training and dieting if someone will be interested =)
