Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To explore the world and never use a resume to get a job.
ABOUT ME
I am a relaxed guy who loves to travel the world and explore other countries and cultures. I love adventure, sports, spending time with family and friends, and enjoy the richness of a good conversation and enchange of thoughts.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have hosted a couple of times, but am usually traveling or in a place where I have been the fortunate recipient of CS. I am a huge advocate of this and try to encourage people to get involved on various levels.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have surfed in South Africa and Colombia and it is one of the most enriching cultural experiences possible. I have also hosted and assisted in hosting, which has been great.
Interests
Family, friends, soccer, swimming, giving back, hiking, camping, good conversations, exploring other cultures, reading Architectual Digest over a glass of wine, surfing, watching sunsets, reading, learning, growing.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love watching films. Some of the better ones I have seen include The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, The Kite Runner, House of Flying Daggers, There Will Be Blood, We Own the Night, No Country for Old Men.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitchhiked through Tibet.
Teach, Learn, Share
I just enjoy exchanging stories and experiences and hope that I can learn and teach at the same time. I can, however, show you how to sew a button on a shirt, thanks to a "how to" speech I did in high school.
Countries I’ve Visited
Bahamas, China, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Nepal, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Spain, Swaziland, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, Viet Nam
