About Me

CURRENT MISSION

"try and fail, but don't fail to try"

ABOUT ME

All about me? I mean, really? How about some about me? I might come accros as reserved at first although that's usually the case in a bigger group of strangers which tend to turn me into an observer. I am very honest which may be a good thing but gets me into a lot of trouble at times. I have a particular, childish, silly sense of humour. I find it hard to plan anything. I love being spontaneous. I belive in learning the least important and seemingly the most useless things not only because they may come handy but also because knowledge is a value itself even if never used. Nothing is boring to me. I'm curious and keen to learn almost anything.

PHILOSOPHY

The best things in life aren't things.

Interests

hitchhiking, cinema, theatre, books, photography, languages, swimming, sailing, climbing up trees, getting muddy, meeting people in night buses, talking to strangers, random conversations, dancing and singigng out loud behind a bar even extremly tacky songs, not sleeping at night thinking about VERY IMPORTANT THINGS

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies, music and books! There's so many... I could make a list I guess... Until then quick update what's happening in each department recently:
MOVIES: "Moonrise Kingdom", "Looper", "Django", "Flight" and I was lately really moved by two Irish productions: "What Richard did" and "Death of a Superhero"
MUSIC: Villagers, Edward Sharpe and Magnetic Zeros, Noah and the Whale, Regina Spektor, Badly Drawn Boy, Zaz and my latest discovery; french reggae band Tryo
BOOKS: I'm currently re-reading some of my childhood and teenage favourites. Apart from revisiting the places I forgot I've been to, also because I want to have them handy when my son is ready.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Funny how I always wanted to write here that the most amazing thing I've done was giving a birth while, in fact, truly amazing is what comes next. How every single day is an adventure if you let yourself learn the world from the beginning and gradually discover life again through your child's eyes.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
