About Me
CURRENT MISSION
At the moment everything feels quite exiting. My current mission is to start a new episode in the Netherlands/ Utrecht.
PHILOSOPHY
Exploring life!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
mhh i can not remember clearly. I think I have heard something about Couchsurfing in the radio and i immediately thought that it is just a great idea to travel this way. It is really wonderful to get an impression and some inspiration of different places. It is so nice to share moments and get an inside glimps of the different ways of living, different architecture... And of course to see the similarities.
Interests
All my life long my main interest was how humans interact with each other, their ability to think and love and how the move through life. Beside humans I also like other earthlings like animals or plants. Ohh I really love to be in the nature! And the best thing is that nature is different in every part of the world. My parents travelled quite a bit with me as a child and they told me that they had the impression that i liked it even as a baby. I really like all kind of journeys. Therefor I also love to read or to watch a film now and then. AND I really love to transform myself into funny charakters and dress myself as ... whatever!
When i have some free moments i love to chat with someone, doing some calligraphy or to just relax and let my thoughts wander around. When I need some exercise i prefer contemporary dance, or swimming, or hiking. But most I like to dance.

Music, Movies, and Books
One really nice book I have read lately was "the circle" by Dave Eggers. I really can recommend this book to everyone who is interested in surveillance, and new technologies.
Another great book I enjoyed the last weeks was "Walden" by Thoreau. It describes the story of an man living in the woods in 1857. He describes his routines but also the way he sees the people in the villages doing their stressful business.
Ahh many more great books... so many good books!
hmm music? this question is more difficult to answer for me. I like a bunch of different types of music. Starting from the good old blues, over some funk, some psychedelic rock over ska. Sometimes I like to dance, then i prefer beats. Sometimes I like to hear to the sumsibum of some singer songwriter like tracy chapman or sophie zelmani just for relaxation or as a background. I really like Chilly Gonzales, The Kings of Convenience and many many more. Like everyone I guess, it is deeping on my mood and it happens quite often that i prefer no music than one which is not fitting.
Movies: I really like Michel Gondry as a director. Even though some friends of mine think that his movies are kind of weird. Maybe I like his weirdness.
Another movie i really enjoyed was "Biutiful" by Gonzales Alejandro.
Of course there are many more i can not remember ad hoc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
On a sunny day in india a black cobra was sleeping next to my mattress. I have done nothing of course- therefor it is maybe not a correct answer on the question anyway- i just watched her and of course i was afraid like hell. It was very impressive. Such a nice animal. More beautiful when they keep some distance :) What a great situation!
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn to play the uke better. I always love to learn some creative techniques. I can teach you whatever you think you could learn from me...
What I Can Share with Hosts
I think we all share our passion for traveling. This is already quite a lot, what we can talk about. It is always nice to have a chat, do some cooking, ahh we will find something i am sure :)
