currently in finland traveling for work and residencies these days, and looking for a place to stay in helsinki.

i'm usually pretty quiet at first, but love to talk books, linguistics & languages (my educational background is mostly here), art, music, & life when i get going. wherever i go, i spend time learning languages, cooking, doing public art/art out in public.

basically moving through the world on a grand lark and would love to meet other artists, creatives, and thinkers along the way!

took my first major trip in 2008, and met people through couchsurfing who were the most amazing. down with the sharing economy for the most part and love to host whenever i can.
