PHILOSOPHY

Live, make yourself happy, learn a lot, meet new people, appreciate and expand your horizons, ride your bicycle!

Also, have a personal goal for every summer. For instance, two summers ago i learned to ride a bike with no hands. this has greatly enhanced my life. Last summer i planned to improve my guitar skills. next up, learn a russian accent, use it at opportune moments.

Done some surfing in Rwanda, hoping to host in the near future, as well as surf while i'm in europe!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Everything i've heard from everyone/have experienced myself has been beyond great! the last house i stayed in had the most adorable kitten in the world. couch surfing + kittens = paradise?

Movies: i like musicals. also anchorman.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

the ocean is so clear off the coast of zanzibar that you can see almost 8 metres down. that just blows my mind.

Teach, Learn, Share

i would love to have discussions. or friendly debates. Maybe i could teach you about socialist feminism, or biking, or music? or i can tell you the best place in vancouver to take pictures of fruits and veggies.

learning is fun. i think that you can continually learn from everyone you meet. i would like to learn whatever there is to be taught. especially if that is a russian accent.

i have a pretty rad looking recipe for soymilk made from scratch. we could try that out. alternately, we could just go for a bike ride.
