ABOUT ME

I am a happy and friendly person. I enjoy new things, just about anything new. I love to learn and read. I enjoy outdoor activities. I currently have given up on formal education and find true education to be found through travel and meeting people with different cultural backgrounds. I am very social and love a good laugh. I am pretty laid back, and do not worry about a whole lot of things which sometimes gets my in a rough spot but I always manage.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe everything happens for a reason and to always take the good with the bad and the bad with the good. If you always had sunshine you would not know how to appreciate it. I live my life to learn and to help make this world a better place to live. I am very optimistic and look at the glass as half full.

I am offering my couch in my home town Seward, Alaska, United States for any travelers that may want to check out my beautiful home town.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have enjoyed just about all my CS experiences and have found the network to be full of wonderful people! I became an active CS member summer of '08. I have hosted a few travelers as well as surfed some couches. I have always had travelers staying at my house while growing up. My father is a very welcoming and friendly man, he would met people in town or pick them up hitch hiking and if they were tight on a place to stay or if it was raining he would offer our couch/spare room. The people have always been friendly, and I always learned a lot from them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Got kicked out of the cemetery where Jim Morrison is buried...wanted a better picture. It ended up being me in half sprint with Jim's grave stone in the back ground. Couldn't have gone better!
