ABOUT ME

I'm 23 and originally coming from Vienna, Austria. Having finished my studies, I am now doing a traineeship at the European Commission in Brussels and then, well I have no plan yet :-) probably travelling for some time and then trying to get a job to finance future trips! Next to that, I love cooking, dancing and reading - next to travelling of course.
I already travelled a lot in Europe and in the Middle East, because I was living in Cairo for one year. Now I'm eager to discover new cities, landscapes and people around the world! I hope to see you soon!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On the Titikaka Lake in Peru: people living on their traditional islands made out of straw, with no running water and electricity, but with internet access and television!!
In Israel/Palestine: the constant checkpoints where even as a European you feel uncomfortable even though you have no problems to pass them.
In Morocco, Tangiers: the 14km small Gibraltar Canal that separates Europe from Africa and that, even though too wide to swim on the other side, awakes tangible hope and at the same time despair within the city's youth.
