ABOUT ME

Some months ago I decided to have a career break, went to some places in Europe and spent almost five months in Asia. I've been travelling since march and I'm now looking for a place to call home.

My former job was in an Educational TV Channel in Rio. In the last 6 years I've worked with projects about Midia and Education, Social Development and Science Communication.

I like working in challenging and meaningful projects, travelling, meeting people, blogging, writing. My great passions in life are literature, cinema and music.

I've been practicing yoga and trying to keep briefing. ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did the Santiago de Compostela walk in Spain (310 km in 13 days, from Oviedo to Santiago); I lived for a month in an Ashram in Himalayans - India, where I took a Yoga Teachers Training Course; I did a 8 days trekking in the mountains of Ladakh, Himalayas, and I reached the altitud of 5.200 meters.

Teach, Learn, Share

yoga: I'm a certified yoga teacher in a Sivananda Ashram in India. Even if we don't have much time together I still can give you some tips on breathing exercises and asanas.

portuguese: I have really good communication and writing skills and have experience as a teacher in writing classes for adolescents and adults.
