ABOUT ME

There are two of us! Tracy left the world of finance in 2005 to live a simple life, travel the world, and meet new friends. He met his Honey Bunny, Gylmara, working in a pousada in São Luis, Brazil, and they have been together ever since. Between us we are inerested in other cultures, architecture, urban design, strange food and drink, cooking, languages, books, films, music and dance. Making plans to found an eco-village.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have hosted 1 couchsurfing couple during our stay in Sao Luis,Brazil and St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. We've also been hosted by couchsurfers in Morocco, who remain our friends to this day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Tracy:I hiked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine, USA.

I organized a street procession of guerillas dressed up like Grim Reapers, carrying torches and drums, one Halloween Eve, to acknowledge the brevity of life.

Watching the sunrise from a Mayan pyramid at Tikal was pretty cool, too. As was traveling down the Amazon by boat from Peru to the Atlantic.
