Play the bagpipes, yeah that's right, la cornemuse, running - Hillsdale XC and T&F teams, watching quality films, reading quality books, and listening to quality music. And most of all, listening to people and the stories that they have to tell.

Music, Movies, and Books

Wow, this is always too general. Maybe if they asked for one fave from each category. Ok, I'll do that...A recent movie I liked was "Into the Wild". For Music I just found out about the CocoRosie and enjoy that (if you've ever heard of it)...I like to find groups off the beaten path. For Books, the first one that comes to mind is Solzhenitsyn "Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich" but I haven't had much time to read for pleasure recently.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ran up a mountain and saw the sun rise. It was in the French Alps. It was in Chamonix. It was amaing. It was not Ernest Hemingway.
