About Me
I maintain a relatively quiet life in New Orleans while reveling in the absurdity of this bizarre little town. My writing pertains to the characters met along the way in hopes of unearthing a collective voice once unheard. I don't own a car and bike everywhere. I thrive off new experiences, travel and human connection. In the past I've extensively traveled the United States and still frequently visit my favorite cities multiple times a year. It's been nearly a decade since I left New Jersey on a one way flight to Chicago with only a suitcase. Nine lives later, and here I am in the Deep South.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined Couchsurfing in 2008 before embarking on a two month cross country road trip. Little did I know at the time how integral Couchsurfing would be to that trip, how it shaped my world view, life experiences and openness!!
It's been a very long while since I've used Couchsurfing, having maintained friendships in cities and places across America, but as I plan my long overdue European backpack trip I'm still curious as to who's out there and what adventures are yet to be had!
I found this to be pretty cool, my Legacy Profile! https://www.couchsurfing.com/users/555110/profile/legacy
