PHILOSOPHY

I grew up in a nice quite town, but it was sadly secluded, and as a result I grew up with a terribly sheltered perspective of the world. And thus was very narrow minded for a very long time. But since living in Hawaii, (being the diverse melting pot of culture that it is), my view of the world has expanded. And that has led me to the realization that I have been missing out. Before I moved here I was content to just live out my life in Nevada and if I got lucky I might get to take a vacation to somewhere I want to visit. But now I know I can go anywhere I want and stay as long as I so choose and not be limited to a week or two.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

After having couch surfers stay with me on Maui, and then surfing through Europe, I find myself on Oahu missing the excitement of meeting people. Unfortunately my current living situation doesn't allow me to host. But I like to meet people and offer suggestions to enjoy the Hawaiian Islands to the fullest.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a great time hosting people stay in my home on Maui. And then I traveled through Europe and met many great people. Hope to see them again or meet more soon.

兴趣

I love to learn and understand whatever is going on around me. Homebrewing has become my newest interest, particularly cider and meadmaking. I like reading fantasy/adventure novels. Love being outdoors, hiking and photography are regular escapes for me. But for the most part I just like to do whatever strikes my fancy at the time which sometimes is nothing.
