ABOUT ME
I am from Brittany. I've studied Illustration and graphic novels at first in Paris, then Angoulême and later in Strasbourg(France). I sing and I play Guitar mainly and also i play Banjo-ukelele in a French Irish band.. Since 2015 i Started to act as well.
I do not drink alcohol but I believe I'm not boring so far. I eat organic food but I'm no vegetarian. never smoked. I used to be fond of the 80's.
I'm can dance breton traditionnal dances. I'm learning lindy hop to push my skills at dancing even more.
I enjoy cooking and cutting vegetables with my japanese kitchen knives.
I have one breton "Bilig" (professional griddle) to make "crêpes" and i'm kind of proud about it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I started the couchsurfing experience in 2008 as i was beginning to travel a lot. I was much more active on the site by then as i was 20 years old and i never settled too long on the same place.
I met a great deal of people across europe mainly whom i kept contact with. I still think that the best way to travel isn't by visiting temples and monuments and so on, but rather by meeting the locals and have a chat.

My main influences are Neil young, Radiohead, Tom waits, Robert Crumb and his cheap suit serenaders, George Formby, René Lacaille, The pogues, Patsy Cline, Dean Martin, Gravenhurst, Salif keita, Bjork, Devendra Banhart, Cocorosie, Fela Kuti, Elliot Smith, Serge Gainsbourg, Steve Reich!, The do, Metronomy, Big Audio Dynamite 2, the constellation label from canada. lots of good stuffs.
God Speed You Black Emperor, Thee Silver mt Zion Memorial Orchestra and Tralala Band
One of my top 5 movies would be:
There will be blood from Paul Thomas Anderson
Hunger from Steve mc queen
Take shelter from Jeff Nichols
Story of jen from François Rotger

Some other movies i really like:
I was kind of star-wars fan 'till episode 8

I really like Ken Loach I saw most of his movies from the 70's 'til today. Andrea Arnold, the Coen Brothers, Wes Anderson, François Ozon, Jacques Audiard, Arnaud Desplechin.
I read a lot of graphic novels. Robert Crumb, Blain, Olivier Schrauwen, David B, Winchluss, Emmanuel Guibert, Emile Bravo, Blutch, Giraud (the master) among others
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I nearly died once in a car crash on the mountains above Sarajevo as i was itchikking with a crazy bosnian guy who didn't speak a word of english and was screaming every time his car "bumped" on the road. (it looks more like a pile of rocks than a road) He drove so close to the ravine, i was surprised that he didn't crash already.
It was kind of epic though.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach the guitar and the ukelele obviously. Some irish songs, some western american songs.
Countries I’ve Visited
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Scotland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain
