About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live, love, travel, and enjoy life! Don't sweat the small stuff!
ABOUT ME
I'm a cellist, animal lover, fun, lively, goofy, know how to take a joke, and am up for adventure! I recently moved back to Brooklyn, NY after living in Barcelona for 2 years. I'm dying to get back there some day! I am currently freelancing around the city and my "pay the bills job" is working in a dog boutique in SoHo. It's fun and you get to play with dogs all day! I'm changing things up a bit in my life and am going back to school in September to study Veterinary Technology and I eventually want to set up my own practice of holistic care for animals, offering people alternative ways of healing pets. I've always been a huge animal lover and now I'm pleased that I will get to be involved with my two great loves, music and animals.
I really enjoy traveling. It is one of the few things in life that gives me a real thrill. I haven't been to nearly as many places as I would like mostly because I can't afford the plane tickets now!
I'm a good listener and love to hear people's stories.
PHILOSOPHY
Chill out! We're all human, all going through the same thing, if we helped and loved one another, I really believe we'd be in a better place now. Fear is crippling. If we just open our minds and hearts a little bit more, it's amazing all the love that floods in.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first couch surfing experience was in Brussels and we stayed with a really nice man and his sweet daughter. It was a great first experience because we felt really comfortable and learned a great deal about Brussels that you can't read in your guide book.
We also had some people stay with us on our couch in Barcelona and it was awesome. Everyone who stayed with us were super nice and it was really great having them in my home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I can't tell any stories of being healed by a native in the rainforest or hiking up Mt. Everest, but I can say that the most amazing things that I have seen with my own eyes is someone giving to someone else or helping someone else out of the good of their own heart and not expecting anything in return.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to talk about music. Especially if you know a lot about non-classical music. I can teach you all about dogs. I can talk for hours about that. I love to cook so I can cook for you or if you like to cook too we can cook together and swap ideas. I can take you to some great places to eat all around Brooklyn and Manhattan. Museums, shows, etc!
