ABOUT ME

I guess a horn toot would go something like... Wacky and sometimes endearingly profane in a chic, humanitarian, and feminine manner. I'm also sincere and empathetic as well as an animal advocate. I am enamored with travel, and finally have the opportunity to begin my worldwide sock hop. Down to philosophize over mediocre to good to terrible wine or dance to numerous drum beats. I'm also super-duper fun at most times!

PHILOSOPHY

I live to laugh and love; to feel emotion and therefore know I am truly alive. I want to learn and experience as much as I can while here, help others as much as I am capable, and chill out some days and just appreciate the people around me.

Only as an amateur at this point, but have traveled the friend circuit after hazy nights

Interests

healthy living combined with moments of indulgence, living freely with daily bouts of both happiness and acceptable sorrow, laughing and singing and so forth. Good and bad photography, family and balloon sculptures also suit my fancy.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all artistic expression, but attempt not to zone out too often with tele (the exception being The Twilight Zone and Strangers with Candy- both now encouragingly on DVD). Some favorite movies include Eyes Without a Face, Groundhog's Day (Bill Murray is one of my personal heros), Wild at Heart, Dr. Strangelove, Harold and Maude, and Wayne's World- I also recently enjoyed King of Kong and Eagle v. Shark... my taste is semi-diverse. The same with music, but I especially love Stereolab, Devendra Banhart, David Bowie, Brian Eno, Tom Waits, Otis Redding, Edith Piaf, Air, Journey, a shit-ton of hip-hop and my goodness so much more. I adore reading: I love everything from Henry Miller to the Harry Potter series.

I have animated stories to tell and maybe songs to sing? I am very interested in and respectful of other cultures and love to try new foods, experiences, hear new music etc.
