ABOUT ME

My greatest moments have been in prayer, onstage, and hanging out with my family and friends over a meal we just cooked.

My music collection is broad, I have a delicate snore, and I'm a lot of laughs in certain circumstances, a bit bossy sometimes with too little sleep, and I love to do silly and beautiful dance moves to crack you up!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted a bunch of people while in Costa Rica. I had a beautiful little place and had a wonderful time with a big variety of travelers.

I want to host people and be hosted while I'm traveling the world making music and learning foreign languages.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used to rent my place out to people all over the world through Craiglist for extra cash when I lived in the East Village, New York City.

My first guest ever through CL was a guy from North Korea, who after seeing the way I lived (holistic), and the kimchi in my fridge said that for an American I was "very abnormal".

That was one of the best compliments I've ever received.

In Costa Rica, I actually got in trouble with my landlady when I let four of my new Russian friends shower and do their laundry without clearing it with her first!! In CR, clean, running water on the beach is a very precious commodity!

I love hosting my friends no matter where I am, and I love to get hosted. This site is a great place to do that!

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One great travel moment was in Italy with my high school choir. We snuck into Rocca Maggiore castle in Assisi after it closed. It was the middle of the night and we crawled through a hole in the garden wall. It was so beautiful in there, with tall thick grass, trees and friends under the starry sky.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know how to:
*sing, *dance, *cook, *swim, *run fast, *spin around in circles, *play ultimate frisbee, *drive a manual transmission, *improvise, *paint my nails, *write songs and poetry, *clap loud, *collage/vision board like a champ.

*I've lived in Colorado, New York City, Costa Rica, LA, and just moved to Amsterdam in April!

*I used to be a cheerleader and toss pizzas (not at the same time though)

*I know a bit about quantum physics, Holistic Nutrition/Lifestyle, conspiracy theories and spiritual gifts.

*Dancing gives me great joy.
