About Me

CURRENT MISSION

embrace the opportunity for learning throughout life- as I crest past 30years old I am suddenly aware of the challenge to stay malleable, expect not to know, and already be ready to learn, grow, and build upon by redefining what I know.

ABOUT ME

I am recharged by being outdoors, an acomplished day includes a fabrication project, a hike, swim, ultimate frisbee game, grit under my nails and or cuts and scuffs on my skin.
Curious about how everything and anything works... especially when it comes to people and biological systems and what motivates them to work!
A day with me, is a day to converse, build or explore.

PHILOSOPHY

life is a story, write your own story, and make it beautiful!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed 3 months in Belgium and have now hosted 10 nights- 8 more to break-even ....cant wait!

New to CS please read
http://www.couchsurfing.org/tips.html

If you insist on bringing or offering a gift to me your host, please consider brining or finding a small object with a significant story behind it. I would enjoy both the object and the story attached- the object need not be significant but for the story behind it. Call it a collection of moments...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have tunneled through a citadel, dance through a red light, climbed a forgotten crane, stumbled through the night balancing a heavy bag flashlight and poorly copied directions (thank you Magda)
...I have seen the power of humanity grow ever so brighter!

Music, Movies, and Books

This is where we learn our culture, try to look at it that way and explore sincerely and liberally.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

walk out of a club to see the sunrise in a barren desert
built a collegiate racecar
restored a 1952 GMC pickup truck
Mentored a 12yr old boy through Big Brother/Sisters Association
Played a frozen lake xylophone
