About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Not to waste the time I have been given. To see more of the world and to love more people

ABOUT ME

Ahhhhhh!! Really?? Just make something up. I'll go along with it.
I'm also sadly not on here as often as I would like, but feel free to look me up on facebook, as well. Um, I have no idea how to direct you to my facebook page. Hopefully you're more in the twenty-first century than I am?

PHILOSOPHY

Don't hit anyone bigger than you. Or smaller than you. Or really anyone. 'Smatter of fact, I think my philosophy needs work. I guess my philosophy is who I am (circa popeye), and this is hard to put down in a few lines without sounding corny.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Not as much as I would like. I've couch surfed twice, and hosted once. I hope to be able to do much more. It's an amazing experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's been minute, but absolutely lovely. I've only officially couchsurfed twice (not counting unofficially), and hosted once, and it's been beautiful. I love the goodness of travelers, and the shared experiences and open-hearted hospitality they've shown. I've been simply amazed at how people have gone out of their way to be hospitable to a stranger, and bring them into their lives, and I hope I managed to at least somewhat emulate them at my own place. The people I've met have been beautiful, and wonderful to experience a tiny segment of life with. This sounds incredibly cheesy, but they've been that cool. And if you knock my statement, they will fight you. I hope I continue to experience more of life with couchsurfing as an aide. Namaste. PAX.

Interests

traveling (obviously)
various religions
entertaining myself mindlessly as need be.
Going out to the occasional bar, and wishing we had more pubs.
Good books and films (subjectively speaking)
most of my time is taken up with teaching, honestly.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't think I've hit "amazing" status. I've had a few really good moments, though. But, geez, I'd rather share them with a person, not write down stories. At least not at the moment.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to be more open. I want to meet more people, and find a connection with them. I want to love more of the world and our time in it. I want to learn how to create something I find beautiful. I want to be able to say these things without it sounding cheesy.

Countries I’ve Visited
