About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learn flamenco dancing so I can finally have a party trick
ABOUT ME
Just returned to Melbourne, moved out of home, gone back to uni and am searching for a job!
I've just spent 5 months in Granada, Spain, enjoying the sunshine, tapas and constant music.
Likes: Eating food that other people have cooked, becoming addicted to televisions series and watching them in one sitting, going on adventures, buying high heels and gazing at the Alhambra at night.
Dislikes: Not knowing what is happening, being cold, people who don't stick up for themselves, the idea of eating animal brains and walking on wet, slippery cobblestones.
PHILOSOPHY
My grandma told me to just smile and that will always make people more welcoming.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am pretty new but have had a few chances at hosting (two American lasses in Granada, and so far a german, an american and two french boys in Melb) and three chances at surfing (with a fabulous Chilean in Barcelona, crazy Fred in Lisbon, and the friendly Usman in Kiev).
Now I'm back in Melbourne and living at a great house I'd love to give hosting a go!
Interests
Speaking Spanish, eating Spanish food, eating any type of food, lying on the hammock on our roof terrace in the sunshine, going for tapas, having interesting conversations about crap and the world, shopping, reading, spending too long on the internet, dancing all night.

Music, Movies, and Books
Hmmm. I hate these lists as I always feel I need to put in some obscure things to up my cool rating. I'll just write the first three that I think of.
Music: M.I.A, Johnny Cash, Regina Spektor
Movies: Anything by Almodovar, Juno, Grease
Books: Everything is Illuminated-Jonathan Safran Foer
To Kill a Mockingbird- Harper Lee
A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius- Dave Eggers
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Saw the Taj Mahal just as the sun began to rise. Went to La Tomatina and discovered how much tomato juice stings the eyes. Went on crazy shopping sprees in Tokyo, Paris and New York.
Teach, Learn, Share
Hmmm. happy to teach Spanish, or dar clases de ingles a los espanoles.
I suck at cooking, but always happy to clean up after someone else's cooking.
