About Me

ABOUT ME

I love food and adventuring. I'm pretty down to earth, love meeting new people and hope to have a little farm one day! Currently traveling with the husband and trying to practice our Spanish while we decide where exactly we want to move to next.

PHILOSOPHY

I think it's important to look at the big picture and not stress about the little things. And to be nice to people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Meeting new people is one of the best things about traveling (along with eating all the amazing food of course). Staying at hostels is fun; its like the first day of college when everyone is best friends within 5 min, but staying in someone's home lets you experience the culture and lifestyle of the place so much better and connect with someone on a more intimate level. On the other end of things, I also love being a hostess- its a chance to give someone a home away from home and help them have fun and see the things that make the city I live in great. And hopefully one day someone will be able to return the favor when I travel to a new place :)

skydiving was fun. Canyoning was dangerous.

Also I once saw this weird duck-rat-squirrel hybrid looking creature in a field somewhere. It was pretty amazing.
