I am here, living in Chicago; not traveling at the moment. Looking to meet domestic and foreign travelers and homesteaders.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only been messaging on here so far. I have not been able to host due to roommates. And, I can't wait for my first surf!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked 15 miles, from downtown Chicago to as far south west in the City as possible from 7PM to 10:30PM.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know how to: sail (boating in general), make rope from twine, fold a flag, make funny faces, cut stained glass, use duct tape, knit scarfs, camp, and be prepared.

I would like to learn languages, becoming fluent in at least 3 by the time I'm 35 years old. I'd enjoy hearing some good stories with valuable and interesting points.

Some activities that I'd like to learn in depth: Snowboarding, rugby, soccer/football, mechanical repair and maintenance, hemp weaving, cooking/baking, and whatever you'd like to teach.

I can make a wicked FRUIT SALAD and will do so for anybody who hosts me if they'd like me too (pick your own flavor or go original).
