PUNK, SKA, SYNTH POP, METAL, NEW WAVE, 8-BIT, FUNK, JAZZ,90'S ALTERNA-ROCK, here are some tops: they might be giants, oingo boingo, devo, less than jake, treephort, greenday, atom and his package, saves the day, iron maiden, the cars, superchunk, dragon force, the specials, louis armstrong, earth wind and fire, blink 182, kraftwerk, pain, vcr, nofx, the vandals, nullsleep, prince, operation ivy,
as far as movies go, i'm big on cult films, comedies, horror films before the late 90's, but i'll ususally enjoy anything that's not just a bunch of explosions and meaningless t&a (like domino, i absolutely hate that movie.)
with books, i'm a fan of the hitch hiker's guide series, chuck kloserman and chuck palahniuk, other than that it's pretty cut and paste.
