Good music. Biking!!! Dancing. Hiking. Environmentalism. Independent bookstores. Laughing until it hurts. Making and eating yummy food. And to be quite honest- impractical shoes.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Yo La Tengo, Sleater-Kinney, Neko Case, Mary J. Blige, The Ramones, MIA, Mission of Burma, Andrew Bird, Beirut, Radiohead, etc... There's way too many to list.

Movies: Ghostbusters is my comfort movie, like cinematic Mac and Cheese. But I also like Pan's Labyrinth, Metropolis, Antonia's Line, Delicatessen... Again, too many to list.

Books: Sheesh, I could go on forever. Right now I'm reading Collapse, and loving it.
