COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Really enjoyed hosting couch surfers from all walks of life & being able to do this in London was empowering and exciting. Looking forward to hosting again in my home town once bubs is a bit more settled!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Marching Powder - music - all the great tunes - love Sarah Mcloughlin, Kaiser Cheifs, Old school like Collective Soul, Massive Attack, Faith no More, Alanis Morrisette, Portishead and some Brit pop or Taylor Swift now & again. Movies - again, the classics (chitty chitty bang bang, dirty dancing), Legends of the fall, Old Disney movies, some scary ones but for those in Bratislava/Slovakia, I'm sorry I'm not going there after watching Hostel - just too realistic.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Learnt Snowboarding in Swiss Alps over 5 months while being Nanny to 3 children of a very cool and glamourous but down to earth family... There's so much more to this but it was truely the luckiest break and most unforgetable experience I've ever had.

Lemon backpackers in Portugal is in the most brilliant location of the city of Lisboa for everything, BUUUUTTT... to share 1 shower with everybody and then have it run out of hot water for two days and then have it go cold when toilets are flushing is not fun, not to mention the shower doors falling apart on you constantly and loose fixtures! Oh the nightmare.. But at least the Portugese receptionist, Patrica was lovely and very understanding and cheerful!

Favourite place to eat in London: Yo Sushi - just love being able to choose 5 different little plates of food off the menu or off those cool conveyor belts and seeing the chefs at work right in front of you!!
