About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Love, Heal, live, learn, create, teach, be grateful, be active, see the world, save the planet

ABOUT ME
I am now traveling in Spain and Italy, studying for my Acupunture licensing exam that I will take in August.
8/23/12
Traveling in Spain for my summer break, visiting my grandma and soaking up the lovely ocean air and mountain sun. I love my roots:)

Sept./11
Living in Berkeley now and started Acupuncture school at AIMC berkeley. I love it and cant wait to start healing people with both Acupuncture and Ayurveda.

May/11
Im at the end of my India trip. Ive returned to continue my studies in Ayurveda and to see new places.
This time around i am taking it slow. I spent three months in a tiny village in Tamil Nadu studying in an Ayurvedic hospital. I was fully imersed in ayurveda, tamil culture, and rice, coconut, and south indian coffee. Visits to Arsha Vidya Gurukulam in Coimbatore, then Vivekendanda Kendrea yoga university, then Goa, and now here.
Going back to California to prepare for a graduate program in Oriental integrative medicine. This will keep me stationed in Berkeley for 3-4 years. So i will finally be able to host all the wonderful couchsurfers from around the world.
blessings

July/10: In Colombia now...Enjoying living in boquia, Quindio, a small town near Armenia in the coffee region. Focusing on my Ayurveda studies and yoga practice while volunteering at "Palmitas Abiertas", a foundation for under-priveleged children in Salento.
I love the natural landscape, people, animals, and party of Colombia. I especially enjoy horseback riding as much as possible, and exploring new trails by foot.

May/10: Just back from a five month trip in India where i studied Ayurveda and yoga.
I love learning, travelling, dancing, yoga, reading, spirtuality, and nature. I am very open minded and have friends of all ages, and nationalities.
