ABOUT ME

I was born and raised on Bowen Island, a small island just off the coast of Vancouver, British Columbia.

After high school took a year off to work and save money for my travels to the south pacific. I had a wonderful time down there, and since returning home have become a certified birth doula (birth and labour support giver and postpartum care).

Along with my continuing Education studies, i strive to lead an active lifestye.
I also did a trip to Europe summer 2010. I travelled to Germany, Italy, and Greece! Had a fantastic experience and cant wait to set out on another adventure sometime in the near future. Being on the road, meeting many new people, and seeing incredible sights are all too good to miss out on!
I also enjoy lots of outdoor activities, hiking, boating, skiing, running, kayaking, ultimate, being on the beach!!, wakeboarding, etc...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have couch surfed Australia for 4 months. Used in Europe for 1 month periodically.
Now hoping to host periodically so feel free to contact, and i'll do my best to help out in whatever ways i can!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As a couch surfer so far in Australia. Staying with people east and west...loved it!
Have now hosted a few people here at my place. It feels great giving back - knowing how wonderful it is having a place to stay while on the road.

Interests

being outside in the sun, or the snow! Wakeboarding, snowboarding & skiing, running, hiking, kayaking, biking, relaxing on the beach, camping, road-trips, music, being in the garden, eating well, health and nutrition, going to births! ...and lots more.
