Live the life King size. Let us share with others what we have. Reality of life is impermanance , hence do not waste life in complaining. Be conteted with what we have & move on. To judge ourselves where we stand , look down & not up. We will realise that we are far better than those ' unfortunate many '. If you help some one , you will get returns from some other.

# I do not know swimming but I have done canoing in Lake Kyoga in isolation. If I would have drawndown , noone would kave known # Extension of Hospitality of people staying in hills of Himalaya # Wondering in Sarangetti ( Tanzania ) wild life park to see Leopard when it was rainning too much & roads where invisible # Gold mines of South Africa amazes me & I feel pitty for Gold mine workers
