I'm an American living in Qatar. I moved to Europe to work in July 2007 after graduating from a small liberal arts school in southern California. I finished a masters program in Mannheim and then moved to Qatar in 2015 to found a tech start up, which is now up and running.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Experiences in Portugal as a guest in 2009 and in Bergen in 2022. Overall it's a good way to meet interesting, open-minded people.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

Climbed up Mount Sinai through the night to watch the sunrise. Was after the revolution and before 2011 elections. It was risky to travel, as 2 American tourists had been kidnapped two weeks prior to my arrival. I was nonetheless determined to see Sinai, and it was a beautiful experience.

Attended World Economic Forum meetings in Jordan and China. Participated as a virtual panelist with Hamza Yusuf, Tony Blair and David Rossen.
