CURRENT MISSION

My mission is to climb a tree on every continent, to go mountain climbing in Africa, and to see as much of the world as I can.

ABOUT ME

I am a biochemistry and mathematics student at the University of Michigan, where I am involved with AIDS in Africa awareness and elementary learning programs in the local schools. I am an undergraduate research student, and I treasure the time spent in the laboratory.
I love nature and traveling, and I hope that in the near future I will have the opportunity to climb some mountains in Africa. I enjoy watching sunsets and thunderstorms. My goal is to hike the Appalachian Trail in its entirety by the time I turn 25.
I am personable, and I love having conversations about science, politics, history, and religion. Learning, reading, and playing/listening to music are some of my favorite activities.
Running and cycling are great stress releases for me. Nothing compares to the refreshing feeling you get after a long run.
