About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Pick it up and try again?.
Continuous learning (big data sciences right now).

ABOUT ME

Creative, dreamer, whatever.
And apparently I'm an ûbermensch or so I've been told.

I wouldn't call myself a hardline freegan but that is very much a part of my lifestyle. Why waste?

PHILOSOPHY

No fear.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

not currently active. Hope to get back on the wagon soon enough.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have hosted people from different countries but I had to take a break because I was so busy.

Before CS I stayed with people in Berlin; New York; Washington DC; Chicago; Boston; etc. There are too many to name.
I have also hosted plenty of people in my home back when I lived in the United States.

Interests

Fond of Graphic design and typography particularly.
Very much into photography as well.

Because I am an ex art school student it is only natural for me to be interested in the arts in general.

Whenever I travel I prefer to get a sense of local living instead of rushing to see the touristic sights (which I've been known to ignore sometimes).

Music, Movies, and Books

Fan of classic black and white movies. Also keen of the indie movie scene. It's hard to put a label but I like "good" movies.

Music tastes range from jazz, to plenty of electronica of all sorts, to down to earth rock/folk and also noise/experimental. I listen to tons of podcasts.

Reading technical books. Alternative subjects like public space usage, poetry, biographies, some sci-fi.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visiting London on good friday at 6 am. Surreal experience as there were no people in the streets.

Going to Yugoslavia right before the conflict hit in the 90s. That was a very formative experience which made me humbled in regards to difficulties I would later encounter in my life.

Tourism in a country five days after a terrorist attack and feeling the most welcomed by locals who try to be reassuring.

Teach, Learn, Share

Very knowledgable in all matters of desktop publising, image manipulation, digital creation, group planning and management, sound work.
I'm probably too demanding with organization at times.
Currently taking classes in big data.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I gladly help in anyway possible.
Really appreciate to cook for my hosts.
