About Me
CURRENT MISSION
You can't stop the waves, but you can learn how to surf.
ABOUT ME
German girl, 23 years old and currently living in the Netherlands. I like travelling and getting to know different people. Before moving to the Netherlands, I lived in the US for 1 1/2 years and was working as an Aupair. I had the time of my life!
I am studying "International Relations and International Organizations" at the University, which I am enjoying a lot. I am quite interested in cultures, politics, reading and travelling.
I am convinced that ignoring certain beliefs in order to believe that you are tolerating them is an attitude that is counter-productiv. Therefore I am quite curious about a lot of cultures, beliefs, attitudes, and so on.
PHILOSOPHY
It's better to have something to remember than nothing to regret. (Frank Zappa)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had my 1st couchsurfing experience in NYC and it was awesome!!! Together with my two friends we made a lot of new friends from the US, Switzerland, Austria and a lot of other places in just one night!
We went to the dorms, not so great restaurants (they had cheap wine at least.. haha) and the bars.
I think it was the "perfect CouchSurfing experience", Our host showed us around, we got to meet a bunch of great people and had sooo much fun!!
