ABOUT ME

I´m a really friendly and social person which during the last years have discovered the great fun in traveling and meeting new people, especially the semester in Canada have been really good. Even though I like to be in Umeå in the northern part of Sweden it has been a good experience to go to Canada and study and meet a lot of new people. I´m in general a positive person who like to see things from an optimistic perspective, life´s becomes easier if you are positive. I´m also very aware of the feelings of other people, nobody should be left outside a group of feel her or himself forgotten.

PHILOSOPHY

Even though life can be pretty harch sometimes it almost always turn out in a good way in the end. You have to remember you only live once so you better enjoy it!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I´m coming home to Umeå again do I really hope people would like to come up to the northern part of Sweden and sleep on my couch and it would be great to have the opportunity to show them around in Umeå as well.

None so far but I´m really exited to get one!

After I finished high school I went go to England and worked as an aupair for one year, this was a really great experience and it kind of woke my interest for traveling. To meet new and different people and learn new things about other cultures is also something I enjoy. The time at the university has taught me to look at things in different perspectives, nothing is black and white out there! I´m kind of a sporty person how like to play soccer and actually table tennis. I prefer to be out running in the nature instead of being inside in the gym but on a freezing winter day in Sweden the gym is a good option.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

It’s always nice to sit down and watch a good movie. Here are some of my favorites: Big Fish, No Country for Old Men and Broke Back Mountain.

To sit down with a well written book is also something I really enjoy. Anything from detective stories to short novels could be on my bedside table.

When it comes to music I do almost listen to everything for example R.E.M and The Cardigans. The older songs from the Swedish group Roxette is also something I enjoy listening to.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I and a couple of friends arrange a charity run last year and all the money went to a help center in Mozambique which are fighting HIV. It´s amazing what you actually can do with some engagement.
