I walk, cycle, exercise and generally try to keep myself one step ahead of that grim reaper! I like to travel, read, garden, plan trips, cook, knit, quilt, photography and ......belly dance!
Life has been good to me.

We are ALL living this "human experience". Don't be what you are "supposed" to be.
I will not be finished until my last breath.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a home to share, I love young people (older people, too!) who are courageous enough to travel, I want to offer a "soft place to land" for the enlightened traveller. Meditation, yoga, food, music, laughter and deep respect for all citizens of the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed one week with my daughter in Prague, and slept on the floor. LOVED IT!! this is the way to connect people to more people! It is good to adjust your life to the ebb and flow of others. What an opportunity!

Vegetarian cooking (and love it most of the time) BUT as long as there is beef tenderloin......whew!...I'll never be a complete vegetarian!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have snorkled with my daughter on the "Great Barrier Reef" Australia. Amazing!
I have belly danced on a boat in Egypt that was floating down the Nile River.
I have hiked down the Grand Canyon, Arizona, then back up on the same day. Very physically demanding!
