ABOUT ME

i'm from israel, 24 years old. grew up in jerusalem and lived there all my life. my parents got devorced when i was young and since then i'm traveling between them (it's kinda like couchsurfing...)
finished my duty in 2007 and since then i was in costa rica and nicaragua for a bit. then spent 8 months in nice, france just working and having a good time...
left nice and went for a 7 months trip in new-zealand, aussi and thailand...and got back recently...
now i'm back in nice, france ..came back to live here and work for another 8 months, so living in a town right next to nice in the french rivierre and loving it

PHILOSOPHY

life's a roller-coaster....i'm just sitting down, lifting my hands up, and enjoying the ride...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

the first time i did a couch-surf was in bassel and by mistake, not really through cs, but it was pure couchsurfing. i was working in france and wanted to go to zurich in switzerland to visit a friend. so i took a plain to bassel and wanted to take a train to zurich but i got stuck in bassel in the night and had to stay there. i went to search for a hostel and ran into two guys that were speaking english, so i asked them about a place and they said they will take me to a place.....i found myself hanging out with two people i have just met, going from one bar to another, getting drunk, smoking in the midlle of the steet, playing darts , and i took the train to zurich in the morning, drunk and stoned after i haven't even slept- but- after a great experience in a city that i haven't known.

buttom line- getting to know people that are local and know the place can really make the experience much better. you get to realy understand and feel the place and i loved it. and you get to meet new, different and nice people.
