About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I can't really say I'm without a mission, but not to stop smiling and enjoying is a big deal of it! Right now, my life's centered around career, family, friends and travel - not in a specific order.

ABOUT ME

It's definitely quite difficult to sum up myself into a few lines (yada yada yada), but I can write a few things down and more importantly say, as some people say, I try not to be another brick in the wall.

Fully vacc’ed; August 2021 💉

- Enneagram Type 1
- Can get too philosophical
- Into any 4-legged soul
- An adopted cat father and step brother to 2 lovely dogs

PHILOSOPHY

If you argue correctly, you're never wrong; that's the beauty of it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

*This part is being updated (been that way for so long!) - lets talk about it 'til then!"

I only hosted online friends and others that I knew in my place and I just love that.. We get to talk more, go out more, know each other and cultures more...

When I heard about the project I thought I could do this on a wider level.

What even encourages me more is that all my friends say I'm a good tour guide (not so much into history though, more into the city life) and fun to be around with!

As for me being abroad, I kind of expect the same thing =)

Now that I moved to Qatar, I am able to do more especially towareds the hosting aspect; but then not a lot of people fly into here. Keeping the positive attitude though! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

See, I try to participate and contribute more to this beautiful community. My plans towards that are always "no plans, but be there"!

NOTE:

The below has been me keeping track since the start. However, it is now too overwhelming to share all the wonderful experience I've had. I'll keep those as they are and add to them later! :)

I was hosted in Romania for 2 nights
I hosted an Argentinean gentleman for a night
I spent amazing times with CSers I met on CS who came here; from Italy, UK, Germany, US, Spain, France and India!

I've been walked through in Munich by the amazing Sophia! I'd have been so lost without her that one-day trip!

Went around with Jen and we traveled to Alexandria for a couple of nights. We both met in Luxor, by coincidence, too!

Met Chrysa in Piraeus for a nice long walk and dinner and I loved the lemonade beer!

Met in Vienna for an "after Christmas" dinner event at Vincenc's and got to meet a few interesting people there!

Surfed at Razvan and Oana's in Bratislava for a night. It was actually awesome since we only met in Vienna and in 5 minutes, decided that I'm driving back to Bratislava with them for a day!

Hung out with Kira, Zsolt, Chris, Rosie, Martha, Timur, Ahmed and Victor in Budapest and mainly they all made up my stay there!

Met Catalin and Inna in Bucharest for lunch and the next day they were in Cairo for a trip!

Surfed at Sophie's in Tbilisi for 3 nights and had one of the best times of my life!

Expecting more! =)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Let's talk about them?

Teach, Learn, Share

“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.” Benjamin Franklin

Learning;I've always wanted to learn everything, from the very simple to the very sophisticated. I can't really tell what I can "teach". Try me! Whenever you see something you I'm doing that you like, ask me I'll teach you!

I would say sharing is involving and this is the most important part. What I care most about is having intellectual conversations with whoever I am speaking with. Yes, there are times where we act silly, childish and party - but there is an "on the other hand"! =)

Countries I’ve Visited

Albania, Algeria, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Egypt, England, Estonia, France, French Southern Territories, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Italy, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom
